Locked out of ESO

Same issue, new thread. I haven't been getting any help on the support forum, so I'm hoping someone here knows what's going on.

I have the digital version of ESO, I pre-ordered the digital collectors edition of Morrowind about 3 weeks ago, and have been playing the base game every day since. This morning around 4am, after getting off the game to watch some TV, my PlayStation now says I cannot open the game because the content is not yet available. Meaning: I can't play the base game because the Morrowind content has locked the application.

Has anyone seen this and know how to get around it? Aside from uninstall/reinstall, I don't want to wait for 81gb to download so that I can play the game. I have tried clearing the saved data files, resetting the console, using another profile (that doesn't have Morrowind) and nothing is working.

HELP!!

    XanaX, unfortunately I have no solution either, however, just a reminder that at 4:00 AM Eastern time, the servers will be taken off-line anyways for the Monday patch, so not all that much time left to play tonight . And I agree with you, a reinstall might take longer, especially during maintenance time, so that is unreasonable to do.

    I realize this is not much consolation, but only 9 or so hours left. :'(

    Yeah, that's why I was hoping someone in general thread would know of a work around, where I could get in before time is up. My main issue is really that I am missing out on 44hr of trait research time, which goes even while the game is down for maintenance, so it's really just a big inconvenience. Also, I have a lot of friends online right now and I can't play with them because I'm locked out.

    PS4 mega server won't be taken offline for patch maintenance until 9pm Eastern time tomorrow, June 5.

    Either way, there is still plenty of time for me to find a solution and get my preparations done before Morrowind, provided I can find someone with information, and not just trying to troll.

    You need to take a chill pill man lol. If you are having issues​ logging in, there's nothing you can do. Uninstalling won't change a thing other than making you wait for something that actually might just be temporary. The only way around any login issue is try and try again, or wait for ZoS to fix it. We can't magically give you a work around.
