Before One Tamriel and Homestead, I played maybe a few times a month.

Since Homestead, I've played every day. I feel so much more connected to the game now than I ever did before.

Truth be told... I kinda lost faith in this game.

I mean: I've spent 2 years working on my MagBlade, but with the recent gameplay changes as well as how the class turned out I decided to just delete him and be done with it. And somehow, I felt relieved when I did...

But I started up again, with a Warden this time. And this little "reboot" made me realize just what it was that made me fall in love with this game: the lore, the story, the world of Tamriel... Getting to experience it all over again still feels amazing in a way.

And on the side, I get to learn how to play with my new character and relearn the game after the changes Morrowind brought.

I'm having fun again, like the good ol' days.

Not as excited as I was during the time after the first couple of months of launch when most of the progress impeding bugs were gone, crafting was important, spellcrafting was "just around the corner" and even the very niche RP guild I was part of was thriving... but with the release of Morrowind, some of the old excitement has come back.

I'm just logging on for refreshing trading stuff and keeping my trade guild so they don't kick me for inactivity.

I was having great time in PvP with my crappy/grumpy Templar -> Last patch destroyed it.
I was having great time in PvE doing vTrials with my other Templar healer -> Last patch destroyed it.
I was having good time in PvE vTrials as mSorc DPS -> This is the only thing I seem to be able to save without requiring to invest weeks of time farming gear, but in all honestly I don't have the energy to do that, it seems.

Questing and stuff in Morrowind -> Meh, I was into that until I got to end game and started trying to get better, now it seems like an insult to get back to the game and only be able to do that with some of my characters.

Gear and builds are all messed up and it'll be a long time until I'm able to get the gear and upgrades to get on top of the game again... This is the fourth time this game does this since I started caring about doing group stuff. Last big change like this (which for me it was with Imperial City) I was out of the game for three months for that reason, until I eventually came back thanks to streamers and friends that aren't active anymore... this time, I don't know honestly.

And fake-Morrowind-hype doesn't work for me... I'm not nostalgic for Morrowind, as I can launch the real Morrowind and play it any time I want as I have two characters in-progress in two dual installations, if I wanted to get back there... is not a thing from the past for me.

At this point I'm seriously considering if it's worth keep playing at all... It's just maybe amateur developers, bad coders and MMOs don't blend well, and that will never change.

I play enough. Morrowind was alright.

Mostly just log on to do Ashlander dailies and homestead stuff.

So I guess that puts me in the same place I was before, just with different dailies.

This sounds negative, but it's not. I'm happy to be content, especially after other MMO's I've played led to frustration and disappointment. *Cough* WoW's Legion (And Warlords) expansion(s) *Cough*.

Once someone from ZOS said that they could not restrain and fix any problems with the famous cheater because they would have to change the base code.

This game is a bit of a contradiction to me. I enjoy exploring the world and accomplishing goals and clearing areas while leveling, but I don't like single player games anymore so I feel like I have to rush through leveling a toon because I want to group with people. The open world is too unfriendly to group play.

I have been playing for about a month now, and I'm loving it! I've wanted to play ESO for the past few years, but I never got to play much until I bought my own PC recently. I think it's good timing with the Morrowind expansion, I can't wait to play that! I found a great guild, I have a few friends already, and things are great :)

I did play briefly over a year ago before the One Tamriel update, and I gotta say that being able to go anywhere at any level and always having quest XP rewards be worth my time was really a great move on ZOS's part.

i need faster sneak speeds in pvp and more damage and sustain and survivability, but it doesn't look like any of those things are gona happen.

and to add to it, i see alot more people cheating and doing stuff that aint spose to do in pvp growing more often and more people doing it.

Was here at the end of the original Beta; was here during Early Start and the vanilla release. Had some dissatisfaction then, mostly because the class system wasn't really Elder Scrolls per se.
    That problem hasn't improved.
Left when the stupidity of F2P eliminated the last of common sense in development.
Came back just recently after an invite to the Morrowind Beta, but wasn't impressed with that.
With the current graphical hitching (and my graphics card is a 4GB card, so there's no excuse for that), musical hesitation/skipping, and network crashes/hangs I experience all too frequently when going into or leaving instances, I doubt I will continue playing for much longer. ZOS needs to fix the inefficiencies in its code. That's nothing new. Same problems since vanilla release.
Added to that, however, is the screwed up sequencing of events; i.e., the whole sequence of Coldharbour quests feels like it is no longer tied at all to character levels. Every time I turn around, I'm informed that I need to go back to ColdHarbour... didn't I just leave there? Yeah, I did... Similar problems with Fighters Guild, Mages Guild, and Undaunted quests; definite problem with crafting writs that want me to travel halfway across Tamriel to turn in items. All of that definitely distracts from the flow of the game and seems incredibly amateurish.

Not happy with ESO anymore and here's why ...
Despite the screeching of the corporate thralls for me to adapt, and love the game with the same stockholm syndrome eyes they stare it, like old pilot lights, guttering and spent, I have basicly shelved my iinvolvement in playing this game.

I didn't buy Morrowind, I dont intend to buy morrowind. The second the base game balance patch hit I lost interest in this game as a game. I hate what they've done, I think the sustain nerf was the logical conclusion to ZOS's modus operandi of nerfing everyone for the sake of a few, and I think it only gets worse from here.

If they reverse course, I'll come back. if they dont, I wont. I no longer care. ZOS can win back my buisness, but I dont expect them to try. I expect them to continue until they suffer enough financial backlash that they must, or until the current dev team, or signifigant portions of it, is removed.

My issues aren't so much with the game but how community management is currently handled. Even though I prefer the game play of ESO I currently find myself playing FFXIV more than ESO.

The FFXIV forums and in game interactions are more civil, because SE has a "You can voice your opinion as long as it's constructive" over ZoS you can be as non constructive as you like.

Hug a thug practices like that never work and ends up hurting the game.

Not happy with ESO anymore and here's why ...
I have a bunch of characters but only three I was concentrating on. All in different Alliances. So I get to see the whole story. I focus on one so I was a bit disappointed that I actually see it all on one given how far I was into each Alliance story. Morrowind sounded like a great almost second game. Its no more than any other area I've been traveling through. And I payed for this. I just played through with a new warden because I was going to keep my main on track. Do all the Alliances, all the DLCs and then this. Whole time I was playing the warden, I wanted to be playing my main because even though there are things I like about Morrowind, its nothing really new. It just left me feeling like I think this game is boring.

I think I'm pretty close to being done. Bored mostly I guess. I bought morrowind hoping, but it just doesn't do it for me. Ive played the game off and on again (mostly on) since launch. Im just tired of the formula. Mostly just playing other things and eso on the side, waiting for a new MMO.

There just doesn't seem much to do once you get past the quest. Sure sure, I could chase achievements, but I like to feel like I'm advancing. And we all know the next major patch will fix that feeling. I use to like to run dungeons and trials. Even when I had the 'best' eq I could sell what I found. That is done and gone.

I guess over all. It comes down to a long term goal. There is none here that is not based completely on random luck. It is one thing to have to run a dungeon 100 times to earn an item, and something else totally running a dungeon 100 times hoping your small chance of your item works out for you.

"Odi et amo. Quare id faciam? Nescio. Sed sentio et excrucior."

Sorry for the poor quote. It just sticks in my head when I play this game. There is so much about it that I love. But everything I love about it is mingled with irritants. Lot's of flexibility on builds, but all the classes are basically casters. Can craft some really cool stuff, but you need to level quite a bit to craft. Ask questions or make observations and get drowned out by fan boys and even moderators. And I am not sure why Morrowind was so expensive... It's a cool zone, but I am less impressed with it than I am Wrothgar.

I would love to uninstall this game and go back to EQ2, but I am having fun.
