Is supposed to be yes.....myself and about 20 others were standing there waiting for the spawn that didnt come
Logged in the next day and was able to complete it though...still,something is wrong with that part

✭✭✭✭✭It's probably part of that old persistent bug where having too many people on the same quest step breaks the quest at that step. azumakazumaSoul Shriveni tried to do this part of the quest last night, waited for about a half hour. left and did some other quests. tried again about 5 hours later, still no luck. came back this afternoon, still not loading. a bunch of people have been waiting each time. I sent in two tickets so far.0

Crimsonwolf666✭✭✭✭Same bug here today. Same ppl staying in same spot of 10 + minutes at a time. If it needs a reset, not going to happen while ppl who are having the bug stay there keeping it bugged
