This isn't really a change for the PC. We already have better.
Wait until the console people get this, they will appreciate having anything at all.

As a console player i think the game is better off without then, PC players with full add ON's have way too much crap on their screen for my liking. Main thing is its an even playing field on Console at least.

Ground AoEs have huge graphics on the ground. If you can't track these that's an issue.

As a console player I think it's useless. The fact that you can't choose which buffs to track defeats the purpose since the only two buffs I would want to track get drowned out by the dozen I don't need to track. I'll probably use the debuff tracker for my enemies, but that's it.
For any kill on my own skill bar I actually use "ActionDurationReminder" It's a nifty lil addon that shows the duration of a skill, on the actual skill bar and it pops up above the skill bar if it's on your current backbar, it's super useful and it can actually push up your health/stamina/magicka when you swap bars. No need to worry about not seeing those aoe's, and you can actually use the buff/debuff tracker to only track your buffs/debuffs and not actual attacks.

I really like this addon as well. Only problem is for skills that have more than one buff/effect. The first example that comes to mind is Entropy. That skill has a 14 second (extremely weak) DoT, but you get 20 seconds of Major Sorcery, which is what most people want to track when using it. But the addon only tracks the DoT due to how the buff icons are handled in relation to your skill bar.
Still a great addon, just wish you could refine those types of skills a little bit.

Action Duration Reminder doesn't track anything properly. If you happen to press a button before global cool down, it starts the buff counter though the skill never fired. So if you swap too fast to reapply a buff it provides false information. I uninstalled it again even though the idea of buff tracking skills directly on the action bar is very good.
