No interaction option nor animation at all.... what a waste of 50k.

    Why is this even surprising anymore? I am sorry you are out 50K. They need to put notes or a preview that shows animation and movement... maybe they will get to it after they fix that trial.... oh wait

    Wait...you're upset because you spent 50K on a diagram and it didn't perform as expected? Sorry for your loss. You can always mark this one down as a "lesson learned not to buy 50K diagrams".

    Ummm it CLEARLY says in its discription it's supposed to animate and be interactable.

    The item does say "Interactable, Animated" which means it does not perform at all in it's current state and could be bugged. :).

    Be sure to /bug it in game @nordickittyhawk.

    I think a bigger issue is why this is called a Telvanni Device when it's obviously dwemer.

    Is it placed correctly as in it has a green outline vs yellow when you placed it?

    @Feanor ZOS fixed this with Morrowind.... they removed "Filled" form item name so its just "Common Trough 4x5Njta.png

    Can you please add an animation/visual effect (like....oh let me see, running water/jets) to the one and only fountain available, at the same time?

    That's really an absurd statement if you think about it. So ZOS is

    1) aware that the animations and interactions of the item are missing,
    2) push it out regardless,
    3) with an misleading description which could have been easily altered at least,
    4) without telling people the item is bugged and will maybe fixed so they could abstain,
    5) will maybe fixing it in Q3.

    You couldn't do this any worse. But it's the standard procedure for a lot of things in the game these days I feel.
