How does Mag DK fare vs Sta DK in tanking endgame content?

I made an Argonian Mag DK a while back that I stopped leveling. My goal was to be able to tank end game content. Should I be making a Sta DK instead? If so Wood Elf Sta DK okay? I want to be a tiny tank.

    Tanking in morrowind is Health based, not mag or sta. So an argonian is actually a good race but your attributes should mainly be in health

    It's fine either way, it's really just about managing your sta bar witch is painfully easy to do in almost any pve situation

    After the latest patch Magicka DKs now get more stamina from spamming igneous shield / fossilize than Stam DKs, so that should help you to block longer.

    Craglorn vet trials and Vet MoL you can still tank without a hp based build. I prefer magica, seems to have better utility. High hp build is easier for VHoF, unless you are hodor and can just go into it blind and naked and still beat it...... curse them for being good

    First, the argonian tank is solid due to the passive for potions.

    However, with the changes to sustain that came with Morrowind I'm not sure going heavier on magika vs stamina works as well as it did. Shards and orbs provide the resource that's larger of the two and they share the same CD.

    You may find it better to stack a little more stam than magicka and go heavy into magicka regen.

    Stam dk hands down stamina tanks are better because you need to block

    Yes there were changes where a magicka user can use a frost staff and block with magicka but that seems boring to me.

    Stam nord dk is best imo

    5 ebon 5 imperium 2 lord warden is my tank set :)
