Lacking tooltips

I have been wanting to make this for a bit now but I keep pushing it off but so finally I am making this to bring up something that has been bothering me for a long time. And that is like the title says, lacking tooltips.

What I mean by this is that a lot of the tooltips in the game are lacking in regards to information about skills, sets or other. Give you a quick example. Wall of Elements and its morphs, its missing a part of its tooltip describing the area of effect. Now my best guess is that its either 20x10 or 20x8 when morphed to blockad but its never stated anywhere. But I mean when a skills morph has its morph effect be increased size it would be nice knowing what that size is or how large the original is.

This is not only lacking in skills but in armor sets as well, where we have no clue what the size of its area of effect is. An example there would be Alkosh. Alkosh states:

"When you activate a synergy, you send a shockwave from your position that deals X Physical Damage and an additional Y Physical Damage over 10 seconds. Reduces the Physical and Spell Resistance of any enemy hit by Z for 10 seconds."

It does not state the size of the shockwave or how this shockwave is shaped. I for thought for the longest time that it was a 360 AoE but no its a square in front of you. But for someone new, how would you know? The tooltip of the set is very lacking and in this case it causes a lot of problems where ignorance can sometimes makes the set useless.

A lot of set and skills are lacking a lot of crucial information about them, and Size and Shape of Area of effect seems to be the most common thing that is missing. Most AoE proc sets are missing their radius. And they also don't state max targets effected. Speaking of that, that is also something that is missing from Tooltips, max targets. The dragonknights choking talons can only hit 6 targets. Now healing abilities and such are most often maxed at 6 targets, but its not stated, and a new player would not know. But look at the difference between Barrier and Warhorn, both are ultimates in the two different alliance war skill lines, one is maxed at 6 targets and the other one is not, but you wouldn't know by simply looking at the tooltips.

So please, can we improve the tooltips a bit more? And for anyone reading this thread, if you have something specific that you know is lacking anything like this or other in their tooltip, post about it in this thread, so we can get some more specifics.

Also sorry if my post is a bit all over the place, just kind of writing my thoughts.
