I have put in a ticket and was told I could not be helped. I purchased Morrowind preorder on Steam. I was invited to play the test server for it and did so. Now that I try to play Morrowind, I am told that I did not purchase through the steam account linked with my ESO account. I only have one Steam account. I have only EVER had one steam account. That's how I purchased ESO originally. I have bought crowns through it. I have never had any indication of any other steam account linked.
Furthermore, even after trying to refund off Steam so that I could try and purchase another way to fix the issue, I cannot refund because I PREORDERED over 14 days ago.
So basically, I have paid money for something I cannot play. I have submitted a ticket. Here is the incident number: [Incident: 170524-003582] I repeat: I was told there was NOTHING THAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THIS. #1 I cannot get my money back. #2 I cannot play this unless I purchase it AGAIN, which I will not do.
I will continue to post private tickets and on this public forum until my issue is resolved.
