    Befoul is multiplicative, so that 55% is not really a 55% increase. Still very strong tho

    Lightning heavies still break cloak. Evidenced by Kas raging in ZS guild chat when he got zerged down and couldn't cloak because of lightning heavies B)

    Very nice build. I've been meaning to craft shacklebreaker for my stamplar only craft set that interests me in morrowind.

    Khajiit is pleased to see someone already finding uses for Shacklebreaker.

    Though this one is curious if it would be good in heavy form when used as a replacement for a set of heavy clever alchemist armor. Possibly comboed with 7th legion or Ravager.

    Telel thinks it would not be. Especially as your build seems to be more for the solo/small scale tactic of using cloak to hit and run until you can build up to that rage tell inducing burst made possible by Incapciating strike.

    Which is not a style easily employed when one is leading a pack of werewolves into the heart of a pack of PVdoor lords.

    It allows you to add to your offensive power, by a large margin, using CP stars that are meant for sustain. I know how the math works and I know that major defile and stacking into befoul is very very strong. The fact that you can create a build with enough sustain and supplement your effectiveness on offense in a non-traditional way has a clear value imo. Unless you're stacking pretty heavily into siphoner its a very small effect, that passive is much more useful if you're planning on zerging, where it can stack from multiple sources.

    Also @Telel Shacklebreaker is good for basically all classes in all weights, it adds a good bit of damage and brings sustain to the table. It allows you to use non-traditional foods without compromising your off resource. For stam builds, except peharps stamplar, its very very good(maybe stamplar too, but I don't see needing all that magika). For mag builds, its still really strong, but will get out performed by amberplasm if you're running it in light.

    Hopefully it doesn't get nerfed its a really interesting set with alot of potential on many fronts.

    I gotta thank @olsborg for helping tho but yea its working really well probably my favourite stamblade build since my DB vicecannon setup.

    I won't go too much in depth, but there's a convergence of factors in morrowind that put heal debuffs into a very strong position. The ability to increase that utility and effectively add offensive pressure from a "sustain" CP tree opens up many potential options if you build the necessary sustain into your build.

    Im not a fan of shackle personally. The 2 piece bonus puts me off.

    Its basically this for stamina:
    -magicka regen
    -stamina regen
    -wep damage
    -2k magicka, 2k stamina.

    Its a decent set but 2k stamina is equal to 50 (actually 190ish) wep damage. Not really what im looking for in a set.

    (Edit: Think my ratio is wrong. Think its 10.5:1 , stamina to wep damage. So 190ish damage)
