I have been trying to access the EU server for an hour now, I keep timing out.
This is not a bug. This is a lack of investment in capacity.
The term 'online' implies 'instant access'. Queueing for access is batch process and by definition not 'online'.
Australian legislation (applicable worldwide) refers to 'fit for purpose'. Currently, this product does not meet this definition.

Some stuff I'm largely ambivalent about. Such as them moving away from CP. Either grow some cojones and axe the whole thing and stop pu**yfooting about, or enable it game-wide and balance it properly. The whole CP/non-CP thing should NOT be happening. Especially when they are saying they don't want to balance PvE and PvP separately. And yet immediately, in the same breath, announce no-CP PvP for majority of content, and CP PvE for majority of content. Is that not separate balancing?
And some stuff I frankly loathe. Such as most of the balancing changes, but not even related to sustain. Like Grim Focus. Somehow they took an already obtuse ability, and in the process of buffing it made it even more obtuse. Same with Siphoning Strikes, they took something unique and beautiful and turned it into Rally For Stamina. Still better than previous iteration though.

If it's a direct damage AOE like the Warden's Scorch or the DW Whirlwind then yeah. If it's an AOE DOT like the Destro Wall of Elements or the Sorc Liquid Lightning then no.
is anyone else got the feeling everyone got nerfed just for the newbies comfort?
