Cyrodiil is war. The things you describe have often happened to all of us. Apart from the language, nothing you say in your OP is against game rules hence it doesn't matter how many times you report it, nothing will get done as no one is doing anything wrong.

As for going after the same player, if someone kills you then a min later you are back there, yes they will kill you again. That is not harassment, that's stupidity on your part for keep going back there.

About a year ago I was farming in Goblin cave, had the place to myself. Then an EP player appeared and said to me " go away or I will kill you" at which point I attacked him and i ended up dead 5 secs later.

I went back and he killed me again.

I wanted to be in there but I wasn't skilled enough to beat him and my friends weren't around. If I had gone back 50 times, he would have killed me 50 times, but after dying twice, I thought "sod that, I'll do something else"

Had I gone back 50 times and he killed me 50 times, that is not harassment, that is my stupidity.

This part genuinely made me lol.

To OP, why don't you big up the Pact to the "dagger fell" players, its like sports teams. Just harmless banter, so talk down to the dominion and daggerfall scum.

Well the players unreported where kicked of the game they where 5 of them at ebonheart base sewers sottingbthere ganking .This was about a hour or so it continued for a couple days reason I found out word of mouth through other players I over heard in riften so yes i stand on my post.

So let's be frank ok the players I did report where kicked of the game reason I over heard others talking about it in riften .These players where constantly pking players outside there base this continued for a few hours they wouldn't stop then as soon i reported these players it stopped . This is on a day to day basis between daggerfell and dominion constantly harassing players going to the pact base and sit there for hours gank the crap out of them .So yes if you don't believe me then try it and see how long before you get reported and get kicked off it's disruptive and very immature.

if they desire to do nothing more than to sit and gank you right at your base all day then it's a design flaw and the only problem with the players are one keeps running into the same situation without learning his lesson and playing a different alliance character or finding another game to play or place to go within the game. in open pvp environments you will be ganked on the toilet before your tush even touches the seat from some little guy hiding inside giggling to himself for an hour straight just waiting for somebody to hit the outhouse thinking they're about to take a break from it all. and honestly, it is funny for a while. people making posts like you did help to remind the ones doing it that it's still funny sometimes. that said, there's better games for pvp. guild wars 2 being one of them if mmorpg pvp floats your boat. also, you seem to be the 'honorable soul' so the guy that suggested duels was probably spot on in your case.

erm they are trying to get peoples telvar as they return to base. It's easy to avoid. depart through one of the ladders like elven gardens, then take conduit to sewers farm your telvar, then use sigil to return. Better get a group to take all flags all areas kill all boses topside then use sigil to return. Gankers with nothing to gank get bored don't feed

If Player A is camping and and killing people at the entrance playing game as intended and you keep on reporting him for killing you number of times ..aren't you the one bullying him and thus you should get reported for harassment ?

In FPS if im sniper and i have long range position and i kill a person once, and that person is stupid enough to keep on coming the same way knowing they will be killed then so be it...

You know its you can make a party to go after him/them, go out to a different door ect but instead choose to report him?

Sorry OP its ...war.. wars are not meant to be fair, wars have are always been on how to outsmart , out win , out strategy your opponent while you are the one staying alive..

now it might not seam like honorable but that is matter of perspective ..its same as you having a sword and complaining the guy with the bow is standing there killing you .. he should come down and face me !

i think you made the right decision since many posts that disagred with OP have all disappeared,
