Playin' a magblade, and with siphoning strikes being gutted, it looks like my mag regen will be from strictly magicka recovery and maybe a heavy attack whenever i REALLY need it.
About how much recovery do you guys think we should be aiming for in no cp bg pvp?
my current build sits at about 1700 but idk if i should be aiming for 1800-1900
