Weird DPS/Rotation Request.

This is a really weird request but I'm new honestly kinda new to PvP and I just respeced my Mag sorc to PvE and run 5 necro, 2 Grothdarr, 3 willpower with VMA Lightning front bar, Random sharp fire backbar. (And I'm this is where the weird part comes in) My rotations revolve around Lightning Heavy attacks and I get (With elemental drain) 30.5k dps at cp 519.
Current Rotation is with light weaves between every ability.
Heavy fire, Fire destro ult, bar swap, Liquid Lightning, Blockade, Volatile Familiar, Daedric Prey, x2 Lightning heavy attacks. Liquid Lightning, Blockade, Volatile Familiar, Daedric prey, swap bars, reapply power surge, reapply boundless storm, swap bars. 1 lightning heavy attack. And just start from the very beginning again and casting Meteors as I get them.
Firstly I ask if someone could #1 Either recommend a better rotation. Reason I went with this build/setup is for next patch being sustain most likely being alot harder so I heavy attack and have next to no issues with sustain. #2 it's an easy rotation.
My next question is if someone could try this same setup or similar but with BiS gear or with Moondancer/IA as I'm using a reinforced Grothdarr shoulder and willpower with a Nirnoned VMA Lightning.
Any advice or info is appreciated!

✭I don't have BiS gear for my sorc, but I am curious to why you choose destro ulti for pve, instead of Overload and gain access to a third bar to slot skills on.
Meteor is fine for trash mobs and single bosses....0 -

75 thaum 100 ele expert 22 elfborn 3 staff expert. Or
75 thaum 98 ele expert 26 elfborn 1 staff expert. Or
75 thsum 99 ele expert 26 elfborn
