Two days ago I reached level 50 with a friend. it's his first level 50 as well as mine. He received a 4.8 million enlightenment bonus and I received a 400k bonus. Why is it I only received 400k and what can be done to resolve this?

    As long as this is your very first character to level to 50, then you should receive the extra boost.

    However, that being said, your more than likely going to be at CP100 before they get this sorted. Not saying ZOS is really slow, it's just the CPs gain so quickly at your level that the enlightenment is kind of not needed.

    That being said, open a support ticket with your character name and about when you hit L50. When you get your first email, respond to that until you get a human interacting with you.
    Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

    Thanks Nestor. I've already started that process and was very obvious that the response was an automated copy and paste response so I brought it here. I only get a couple hours a night if that to do any real play so I figured the 4.8 million would help me a great deal early on. I'll keep on emailing in hopes I can get some help.

    I understand that you didn't get the enlightenment bonus you were expecting while your friend did. I am so sorry however we are unable to reward you the enlightenment points for we do not have the ability to do so as customer service agents. I would say this is a UI error and I'm sorry this happened to you. The best way to ensure this doesn't happen in the future would be to file a bug report.

    The fastest way to report a bug is to type “/bug” in the chat window while in game. Make sure to select the proper category and subcategory and give as much detail as possible about the issue. Check the Include Screenshot? box to include a screenshot of the issue.

    Please be sure to press the Print Screen key on the keyboard before typing "/bug" to make sure the correct screenshot is included in the bug report. Once all the fields are filled out properly, click Submit.

    In addition to the above, we recommend you also submit your report to the ESO Bug Reports forum here.
