So, since 8m is farther than basic AA range, as well as just on the verge of puncturing strikes range, how bout make these two abilities work well together as the "Stop touching me, I touch you" kind of deal.

Toppling Charge: No longer interrupts abilities or sets casting enemies off balance, but always stuns and Deals up to 40% more damage based on the distance traveled.
So the combo would be Jav into Toppling Charge into Puncturing Strikes.

Jav would be a welcome change if it applies minor main. But I wouldn't use it in a Dodge roll/reflect meta. Especially if reflected. Still not a reliable cc because of it's classification and counters.
Same goes for toppling charge. It's DMG is dodged because it's considered a single target ability. Therefore the cc is Dodged as well.
Also to note: Explosive charge always deals it's DMG due to it being an AOE attack. That's should remain.
There is a reason why shards change is so highly argued. It was our only reliable cc lol. Now we have to use DB.

It's the same speed as Crit Rush, and Shield Charge.

It's the same speed as Crit Rush, and Shield Charge.
No, it's really not. I recently did a test with someone and Crit rush was 1.8ish seconds while Toppling was 2.1ish seconds reaching the same target from the same distance.
You can't possibly have ever used Toppling and then used Crit Rush and can actually say Toppling isn't slower -_-
Shield charge I've never compared the speed, but it's far more reliable that Toppling. Toppling bugs out so often. It literally needs a ton of work.
