You know small heal of BoL is 360 degree and for this reason it is buff of BoL. Now you can decide either grant your teammate big heal while being healed by smaller yourself, or, when being seriously injured - heal yourself with bigger heal while granting teammates smaller heal. You can control your heals now and it one of the best changes.

People should not be insulting you. But BoL is most certainly has not been buffed as the number of heals, the amount it does heal, and it's cost have not been changed in any way to benefit the caster.
The aiming restriction is mixed. Sometimes it is beneficial in that you can exclude potentially undesirable targets. Sometimes the templar will want to face a certain direction (example retreating) when such an action would exclude desirable targets.

Ehh with the change to force pulse much of a MagSorcs damage kit is unreflectable. Eclipse will actually be better against MagBlade's abilities but there will be so few of those in MW running a skill to counter them and mildly annoy Sorcs would be a waste of a slot. Eclipse is strong now too. 4.2 second uncounterable reflect?
People are sleeping on magplar hard next patch. I think mag sorc will be stronger overall, but magplar is going to be top tier as well and actually counter sorc pretty hard.
