New buff: Blitz (weapon attack speed)

Or maybe it could be called Onslaught. A suggestion for ZOS:

Minor Blitz: Basic weapon attacks are 15% faster.*
Major Blitz: Basic weapon attacks are 30% faster.*

EDIT: I guess their could be a counter debuff, Sloth.

*These numbers are placeholders! I would need to be on a dev computer adjusting the percentage and testing how it feels to see what was noticeable without being too fast.

I don't see a reason why not... but I think it'd be pointless. It might have a small effect on heavy attacks and increase sustain, very slightly.

It depends on the values. They only do 20% now for major buffs, not 30%, so Oh wait, some are still 25% or 30%. Editing my OP. It isn't just about sustain. It's also about making combat just a little faster/more fun.

Used to have a weapon trait that increased weapon attack speed.

I half expect tomorrow they are telling you they are speeding up weapon attack speed. My opinion I think that would be a mistake without a longer testing cycle

They got rid of weighted? Oh well. It can be a buff now.

I am looking at it as faster to seem less dull and help a little (not a huge amount) with sustain. They can increase or decreased the buff value to fit their overall aims.
