Forum invitation Code expired - problems with solving methods

Hello,
my fiance would like to create a forum account, but his invitation code has expired. He's unable to log in to support forum.
We tried to use this method, but there was no 'email response' button.
We also tried to use this form, but his account has two years, he doesn't have acces to the card and doesn't remember the numbers.
Please, help. Best regards.
