Its a nearly useless skill.. only reason to use it, is the nice animation. Nearly all healer like me prefer healing springs or the other morph of that skill
Ritual is not flexible enough.. the biggest problem from spells with cast time is, that you arent able to do other things in same time... since Morrorwind these skills are obsulate! There is no argument to use them.. We need skills without casttime, which allow you to react fast! Skills like healing springs are great, you can use them in any range you want, with enough area effectivness and the hot heals guys, when you make a heavy attack for example!

Solar barrage empowers itself. The skill is already much better than impulse, with higher damage and much larger radius (6' vs 8'). It deals 20% more damage than Sap from self empower, but no heals.

All of these skills could use a buff

Solar Barrage is totally unnecessary, u can see it bro, no one use solar barrage
