So is the joke over now? Can you guys release the new pts patch notes stating that cost reduction has return to its original value for weight passives? Along with skill cost reduction.. Because as of right now this has to be an ongoing joke. I struggle to see the point of completely removing and nerfing cost reduction AND increasing all skills across the board cost by what was 10%? 20%? probably even more i'll have to go recheck. Regardless of the point, who is signing off on these changes? All these senseless nerfs need to stop immediately or the damage will be irreparable. I've seen Alcast demonstrations of sustain, damage out-put and suggestions and Im just baffled. It seems so ludicrous as to why this is even still going on and nobody has addressed this. NOBODY wants to run vDSA doing heavy attacks. NOBODY wants to run vMSA doing heavy attacks. NOBODY wants to put up #1 scores for trials.. doing heavy attacks. The game needs cost reduction or else it will die. It will. I say this because time is getting closer to morrowwind release for all platforms and I'm wondering will these changes be reverted in time. Cause I'll tell you this.. If these changes go through, beyond the summer: its over. There will be no way to save ESO past the winter time when games like RDR2, and are coming out Destiny 2. Alongside the Xbox Scorpio releasing other mmos/games (such as BDO, H1Z1, Day Z, etc..), there is no way the game will survive. Like these class changes for example are reactions off impulse and not actually data and testing. Most of these classes need a buff rather than bringing down one particular class (i.e. sorcerer). The data is there, every other class just can't preform as well as a magicka sorcerer; Does that mean nerf magicka sorc? No.. That means bring every other class up on par with it. There is no balance and no type of light at the end of the tunnel so far with these changes.

I like heavy attacks. Sorry I just ruined your unified theory of everyone.
