I'm starting a new character build, and want to reach champion points as quickly as possible. So, how do I go about that? Any help appreciated!

if you are rich on your main buy psicic ambrosas and do dolmen farms in alkir desert. Normaly you can just go there and type X for group.

Don't level up fast. Don't. Take your time and do group content instead. Being high-level means nothing if you don't understand your class, dungeons and game mechanics. Speed-grinding for levels renders tons of clueless CP600+ players that ask for insta-kick from any group because they don't know what they're doing.

Run around with them dolmen zerg. Sure, you roll through each dolmen fast, quickly going from one to the next getting lots of xp and leveling faster.. but, in the expense of causing lags at the dolmen and enjoyment of others who are not part of that zerg. On the lighter side.. yeah, I can see that being a fast way to get leveled up. Yes, yes.. I bash them, but also somewhat support them for getting lots of xp and leveling fast; it's a conundrum..

Get a higher level to carry you through Skyreach. But for the love of the Eight, do take some time to learn all the fancy skills you unlock ;)

Dolmen zerg in Alkir give crap xp, probably worse than quests or random overland farming.
Problem is that with +20 player on dolmen the xp on each get very low.

Skyreach catacombs is very good but you need an group or getting carried at low level.

Doing dolmens with a 1-4 other players is very good, note that you get an extra bonus the first time you do an dolmen.
Grinding public dungeons is also good if you can kill groups fast and others don't kill mobs before you.
i used this leveling from 20-50 on my templar.

Doing the main quests, dolmens, delves and public dungeons in zone also pick up skyshards and mage guild books is also very effective as you also level the mage guild and get lots of skill points you will need on character anyway.

Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

When you´re leveling your 10th character after playing for almost 3 years, I Think people in my position knows what they´re doing. And beside, the Learning curve for more seasoned players are rarely as long as for newer players, even if they play a new class/build.

This, also i grind up to level 50 so I got an cp alt to quest with, much better then you find cp160 gear and mats.

I was doing that yesterday, but it was to level up Destruction Staff fast, since I decided I wanted to try using that for a change instead of sword-and-shield, which I'd been using up until now.

Not sure why you think people can't learn their class and game mechs when they're leveled. They can learn those things just as easily at level 60 as they can when they're level 20. However, I know the objection is that they might try to join groups for dungeons before they're ready, and I agree that people have a responsibility to not join groups unless they know their class well and are ready for them.

That's jumping to conclussion. Leveling is exactly the moment to get to know the new class and build. 1 out of 10 maybe know it already somehow and maybe could skip. But 9 out of 10 don't and that's why they really shouldn't. Unless you want the amount of bad players to constantly and significantly increase - if so then I fully agree.

Since normal/veteran random dungeon XP bonus was introduced you can still do your 50th level in 2-3 evenings while having a bit more fun than when killing 379126th zombie.

Do NOT think you have to do all the side quests. These don't net a lot of XP at all. IF you are questing, do the main quests and guild (fighters, mages, thieves if DLC) quests as they give the best XP. Hit every cave and dolmen. These bosses give you a decent amount of xp. Also do the delves. They can be soloed and each has a skyshard and a mini boss that you can usually take care of pretty easily on your own. If you don't want to wait on activity finder, go to public dungeons and farm with random people. Fill your inventory with good items, go sell to a guild, decon, and equip better items. Go right back and start over. This is a grind but can gain you quite a few levels pretty quickly. I like the Public dungeon in Bangkorai. Don't remember what its called. Its the Dwemer one in the Southwest.

If you are a new player do not level up fast, just enjoy the game. Grinding and farming are dull. And you are rushing some of the best content

Either way questing (alliance line for SP), and zone clearing is very profitable, dolmens, public dungeon, get skyshards, main quest too for SP.

nVMA will get you around 3 levels per run with an XP pot and training gear. Best part is you will never have to compete with others either.

I would say skyreach if you have a high level player to help you; I also like Crimson cove to level fast.

    Tip of the day
If you are planning on grinding a new character(s), do it before Morrowind is released. You never know, dolm farming or grinding spots may be nerfed.

If you want a friend, get a dog.

i disagree with this 1-50 is where you learn basic game mechanics 50+ is when you have all the skills unlocked and can start learning the class

i currently have 11 max level and have deleted 2 max levels (faction change) and ground all but my first

I used to be a power player so I can understand that OP won't be deterred from lvling to CP 600 as soon as possible. So just have him go at it and give him the best advice to that goal in mind. I'm doing ALL the side quests though. I'm lvl 36 after three weeks :)

    I didn't say a word about 1-50 but about endless-brainless Skyreach grind for CP600 that doesn't teach anything. :)
