Like compared to Hardy/Elemental Defender CP now, what kind of damage percentage reduction is 3960 spell resistance?

3,960 resistance equals about 5.98% mitigation. Resistance cap is 33,100, you can go over it but it won't add anything more. But if you have resistance over 33,100 and get debuffed in PvP you can still stay above cap that way. Not something I would recommend but its possible.0
