Unable to open Support ticket
I am trying to open a Support ticket for random disconnects I am experiencing and I am having a very difficult time doing so.
- When I go to http://help.elderscrollsonline.com/ in Chrome, Firefox, or Edge, none of the login buttons actually work for me and I am forced to use Internet Explorer.
- When I use Internet Explorer and go through all the steps (Platform, Category, Details) and then click "Find assistance", the "Email Response" button doesn't work at all so I am unable to actually create the ticket. I have no ad-blockers or anything similar that would be affecting this.
Please help!
EDIT: I think I was able to submit a ticket via
http://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/ask but why are there two processes with one being totally broken? And what's up with the browser inconsistency?
