Unable to open Support ticket

I am trying to open a Support ticket for random disconnects I am experiencing and I am having a very difficult time doing so.
  1. When I go to http://help.elderscrollsonline.com/ in Chrome, Firefox, or Edge, none of the login buttons actually work for me and I am forced to use Internet Explorer.
  2. When I use Internet Explorer and go through all the steps (Platform, Category, Details) and then click "Find assistance", the "Email Response" button doesn't work at all so I am unable to actually create the ticket. I have no ad-blockers or anything similar that would be affecting this.

Please help!

EDIT: I think I was able to submit a ticket via http://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/ask but why are there two processes with one being totally broken? And what's up with the browser inconsistency?

    I am using Firefox 53.0.2 (32-bit) on Windows 10 and I am able to login and navigate the support site without any major issues. The only issue that I notice is that on the right side under Recent Contacts the text is jumbled.

    I tried with Chrome 57.0.2987.133 (64-bit) and was able to reproduce the issue. The LOG IN button isn't clickable and pressing ENTER on the keyboard doesn't work. Updated Chrome and still doesn't work. :/

    EDIT: Tried Edge and it logs in without any issues. It's just Chrome on my system that has trouble.
