This is just to add a bit more diversity with dual wield, just want to see what some other people think:

Edit: This is in addition to the Twin Blade and Blunt Passive. Dual Wield Expert currently only gives bonus damage based on off-hand.

Dual Wield Expert (NOT Twin blade and blunt):
Increases Weapon Damage by 3% of off-hand weapon's Damage.
Grants a bonus based on type of weapon equipped:
For each Dagger: Heavy attacks charge 5% faster
For each Sword: You can block an additional 3% damage.
For each Axe: Light attacks and Heavy attacks deal 3% more damage.
For each Mace: Dealing Critical Damage with a heavy attack has a 25% chance of applying minor fracture. setting the target off-balance

Increases Weapon Damage by 6% of off-hand weapon's Damage.
Grants a bonus based on type of weapon equipped:
for each Dagger: Heavy attacks charge 10% faster
For each Sword: You can block an additional 6% damage
For each Axe: Light attacks and Heavy attacks deal 6% more damage
For each Mace: Dealing critical damage with a heavy attack has a 50% chance of applying minor fracture setting the target off-balance.

My suggested change to the 2H Forceful Passive (Not Heavy Weapons)

No one really needs the block buff on dual wield.
Dual wield is fine as it is in pve and those changes wouldn't help pvp so i say nay

Sword should be as it is now 6% weapon damage.

This is for Dual Wield Expert, not Twin Blade and Blunt.

If you need to block more, get S&B

was because I couldn't think of something that worked well with swords that wasn't damage oriented (as Twin blade and blunt already increases all damage done), though that does make some hypocrisy evident with how maces also reduce armor even further, might make that "chance to set target off-balance".

I think this is a pretty good set up actually. It would make people choose between not dying and more damage

So your idea is to take away a flat 5% damage increase for 12% more blockabke damage.

And to take away crit for faster attack speed.

    Hard pass.

    EDIT:

Thanks for the clarification on the passives, my mistake.

No longer a hard pass, just a pass.

No, this is the DUAL WIELD EXPERT passive, NOT Twin blade and blunt.

In my opinion some of these are great but they dont all seem to practical. Mace has to be 1 or the other, not 2 effects (minor fracture or off-balance). Axes needs to be a small bonus, 3% per axe. The others seem fine.

I hobestly feel like a weapon type perk is needed for sword and board like 5%wep for sword 5%crit for dagger 10% bleed for axe. And penetraion for a mace. Just to give tanks and pvp variety

Yep, got my sights on starting a thread aimed at probing changes to the Sword and Board Passive in the 1H and shield skill line.
