Ive made a ticket today about a deleted character of mine !
I just have 2 questions :
1)What is the ETA for a Ticket Response?
2)My deleted character that was 50 level with around 90 CP had the same name as my current character (Yes i am not good in finding names
) .
Do i have to delete my current character so the restoration can proceed?

I dont mind my current character to be deleted so i can proceed with the character restoration.
After all ill play again with my Sorc!

Cêltic421✭✭✭✭1) can take several days for a response. ZoS isn't know for good customer service.
2) may not have to delete but a name change will need to happen. Idk if you will have to pay for name change or if ZoS will allow you to pick a name.
They may not even restore your deleted character. They make you confirm your deletion. On PS4 you have to press and hold all the triggers and bumpers to get character deleted. Not sure on PC. Why did you delete it?
If you can't get it restore you CP will still be 90 and you can spend your CP now ND once you level to 50 which it doesn't take long you'll automatically be lvl 50 with CP 90.6 -
