Hello Admin. I've bought the game Tamriel unlimited from G2A. I redeemed the code in an account that i previously played on steam free week. I received a mail from ESO saying congratulations for buying the game and that the game would be applied to my account. It's been 2 weeks now and yet there is no game in my account. I can see the game in billing history but cannot see it in my account page. I have no way to download or play it. Please help me regarding this.I had also sent a complaint bia support before 10 days and did not get any helpful response.
