How do you get dlc monster sets and weapon sets?

Hello and sorry for noob question.
I am first time playing on the PTS. I found most of the gear I wanted in the boxes which were already in my inventory but I can't find these specific items nowhere:
1) Agility set
2) DLC monster sets like Molag Kena - they are not included in the "Monster Helmets" box.
Where can I found these?

✭Agility comes from keys received in the imperial city/ sewers
Kena comes from completing white gold tower.5
