How to Submit an Idea for TESO

A simple question: How would we submit ideas; ideas being possible storylines, architecture, armor, weapons, even dlc concept designs.
I have some pretty decent designs, and am willing to propose them to TESO team. And whether or not it should be desired, it can inspire. All I'm asking for is a chance our dreams could become reality(or virtually...). Creativity should not be wasted.
I would like to hear what the team has to say about this... also the community.
