[Suggestion] A controversial buff to Red guards.

You can literally make that argument about almost all races. Look at Nords for example, Shalidor was one of the most powerful mages ever despite Nordic customs of preferring physical combat. Just because a few individuals break the norms doesn't mean the whole race does...
