Suggestion For Templars (Major Vitality)

In light of all the negative feedback for the massive Templar nerfs, having played a Templar since Beta, I thought I would chime in with a way to fix things so Wardens don't reign supreme and Templars get left in the dust. While I saw ZOS changed the Warden Major Mending up time to 3 seconds from 6, I thought of an interesting idea that might make Wardens and Templars both viable in their own ways.

Let Wardens keep their Major Mending. Give Templars Major Vitality instead and make it so that players standing in their Cleansing Ritual gain it as well. This makes these Classes DIFFERENT and have their own uses. This would give raid groups a reason to bring along Templars and Wardens, and since DPS is nerfed into the ground because of the resource management changes this would actually improve the performance of raid groups to be able to cope with the loss to DPS.

Templars in PvP would see a minimal nerf, except in really large groups, but it would promote more team oriented gameplay. Solo Templars would be virtually unaffected as they fight in their own Ritual anyway.
