Access to PTS + Preorder = Beta?

SO I have access to the PTS but cant create a warden because I dont have Morrowind access. Can I preorder and then make a Warden?

It's a closed beta, has nothing to do with preorder status. You either get an invite or you don't.

Yes. everyone can access the PTS.

It is separate from the closed beta. You can't purchase access to it. Zos...selects random accounts.

A lot of players that have participated in previous PTS cycles got an invite. Had nothing to do with pre-orders either, or youtube channels for that matter lol. The selection process was probably mostly automated to.

If you log onto PTS and scroll through your friends list and guild lists you can see who got an invite by if their last toon they played was a warden. It's not really a secret who got an invite and who didn't, although part of the NDA was that you can't tell anyone you were invited which doesn't make much sense.

I may or may not have been given closed beta access and I have not pre-ordered

From what I have seen posted on the forums, some console only players have gotten invites who never before had done pts testing. I have participated in pts tests, started on pc and transferred to PS4. No invite for me. Not complaining, just seems a little random if those console only players were truthful.

I have pc and ps4 account and they invite my ps4 account , the result is not be able to log in to the pts with the invited PSN account #zostroll
