Adding Retail Collectors Edition to excisting account?

I would love to buy the collectors edition with the statue and all... But i was wondering if you can add Morrowind to your excisting account if you buy that version of the game. Is Morrowind seperated from the base game, or is it all in one for a new account? I know its probably a stupid question, but i want to be sure before spending money on a collectors edition that may not be addable to my excisting account. Can someone help me understand? Thanks!
