Missing Gear on PTS template character.

I'm missing Trial sets like IA, Alkosh, VO and Moondancer.
Also missing Burning spell weave from Dungeon sets.

Bug or supposed to be like this?

Same, also there's no Agility or Willpower. Having a hard time doing any meaningful tests without them.

Maybe they're removing all those overperforming sets from the game?
