I can't log into the game again - same issue as yesterday and I can't seem to find a way to submit a web ticket. Help!

VirtualElizabeth✭✭✭✭Yeah I had this issue yesterday also. I submitted a ticket but had to use another category to do it. Seems that when you choose "cannot log in" it only gives you self help tips - which did not work.
