That stuff after the hour mark: YES! THANK YOU! Someone needed to say that. The developers are NOT the experts in these things. You need to discuss these things with players, not dictate what exactly happens next because you say so, because you're the developers, and you know best. You don't. You get to set the general path of the game, but we can help you work out all the details the right way. Talk to us! Change your mind based on our feedback, not on what you do, but how you go about doing it. And if we tell you something needs fixing, it probably does, so look into it.

and when you get to a mechanic that you need insane damagd to get through lets see how much heavy attacking will help youXD plp that whine ans complain are mainly the plp completing content and hardmodes but to casuals who only light attack ans dont know rotations it doesnt matter much so its really easy to say stop complaining lol but the real kicker is this not only nerf elites it nerfs casuals as well who already struggled

Agreed it's not the devs who make the builds based on the mechanics in game, it's the players who do that, i saw how the average dev play the game when they make they're stream, and it's painful to watch.

There are many players who understand better then the devs how the mechanics work.

Let anyone vent their frustrations on the latest PTS patch notes.
It seems like you don't recognise the gravity of the situation.

I for one have always mixed up heavy attacks in my rotation but the nerf proposals in the latest notes are unreasonable and most importantly, unwarranted.

There were numerous of complaints on previous updates on the nerfs and/or changes to the mechanics of the game and I was fine with it but this is by far the most questionable in terms of the decisions and direction ZoS are taking.
This latest notes are also, again, by far the most negative ZoS have ever pushed out of their arses. That also comes with a lot of negative responses from the community as a whole and I've never ever seen such reactions since launch.

I will not quit the game once Morrowind drops and I will find my way around the new gameplay environment but that doesn't mean that I don't have any beef with ZoS for their latest f-uckery with the notes.
There's a reason why there are a lot people who are very agitated and unhappy. Look from their point of view.

So basically what you are saying here is that you should accept everything that the devs throw at you, well i won't gilliam the rogue did an excellent job to call out the *** in these patch notes, you are not a tough guy for accepting *** changes, quite the contrary.

Having the ability to judge something when it's bad, it's not whining, it's called being able to think for yourself.

On the other hand accepting everything even if it's bad is not something to be proud of.

Well i won;t accept the new heavy attacking build meta, and i will do everything i can to change that, and if those patch notes will go live, then i will just leave, and i won't give a single penny to zenimax.

Curious how long this video took to make. Id like to know just because clearly ZOS tested less hours than you did making this video before releasing the patch notes which i think is just horrendous. A single individual such as yourself did more extensive testing than an entire company.

I agree with his comments 100%

But even if someone did not - there is one critical aspect pointed out by gilliamtherogue that if nothing else can be agreed on, should be the one thing --->

How can ZOS expect to make any sense of actual effect vs necessary new tweaks needed when so many variables have been changed?
    The
With such massive changes, we know there we will be refining adjustments done after initial release. We know this. Absolute 100% fact.

But as gilliamtherogue pointed out, high school science 101 is limit your variables to ensure accurate cause and effect correlation.

Whether we agree or not that all these changes were necessary, good, bad, I am quitting enraged, whatever - ZOS should have changed CP only, take in the community response and adaptation over time after it fully sinks in, then make further tuning if neccesary to skill costs.

Let that sink in, players adapt, etc. Then some class changes, etc.

Not this insanity of changing all the major moving parts at once - cp changes, skill costs, class skill descriptions and rebalancing, racials, gear changes, etc. Pure amateur hour even if ther 'vision' of how their game 'should' be played is agreed.

Last - one point gilliamtherogue did not point out and so far I seem to be only one making the comment and have played pts - where the holy hell is the consideration of FUN in any of this? I say F the hell off and big middle finger salute to ZOS for so constantly making such see-saw changes every year or twice a year that no one ever feels safe they will have the game they grow to like for any period of time.

With these changes, why even play the warden? Because the launch description of the warden is entirely subject to change at the whim of ZOS. Just like the actual class description of the Templar is no longer true due to these changes.

Well, i personally cant thank you enough for all that time and effort invested, heard about you when trying to clear vMA, and since i started watching your vids my skill in game (which is still far from being any sort of elite player) improved exponentially. Never miss any of them, always learn something new that helps me and makes me a bit more efficient, and more important, to enjoy the game a bit more every day.

Again, thanks for your effort and for sharing your knowledge with the rest of us.
