Cannot login to account on computer

Trying to download the game on my new PC, have not played in about 8 months or so. Every time I try to log into my account the page loads and goes back to username and password empty. I know I can access my account, because I can do it from my iphone. Anyone have a fix for this or know what is going wrong on my end?
