Yes. I played this game casually for a long time on an orc healing templar after a few years and a max level toon, fully leveled mount, undaunted, mages guild etc I decided to race change to something more appropriate for my goals.

Changed a wood elf stamblade to a dunmer mageblade.
Changed a orc stamplar to atlmer magplar.

I didn't fancy levelling new characters when I had invested a lot of time in them but wanted to try a different playstyle,
I was loving how differently I play my mageblade from stamblade. (both are looking at retirement next patch lol)
I did not buy the crowns they were my subscription crowns (sort of still buying though).

I am levelling a new toon from scratch and I am not enjoying it as much as race changing a lvl 50 champion.
Finding all the skyshards, mage books, main quests, etc again for nearly the 5th time bores me (I'm a console peasant so no addons).

Yes, unfortunately my redguard magplar just can't get through round 2 of vma.
Changed to Breton yesterday and now stuck on round 5 of vma.
Maybe I should change again to high elf if I really want to get a maelstrom weapon.

Switched my Argonian mag dk to a Dunmer right after race change tokens came out. It made a huge difference. The other room I changed race on was my Orc stam sorc over to Redguard.

If ZOS wants to make more money with those tokens, they need to change racial passives again or remove them completely

Yeah but only my with sub tokens. Changed my mag sorc to stam cause I just don't like mag rotations. Also stam sorcs are going to kick ass next patch.

Yup. Made a bosmer stamplar to recreate an old setup with updated gear. Had to change it to imperial because it was suffering from the bosmer's lacklustre passives

A few days ago I've changed race and sex at my low-lvl toon to lvlup her as a Templar healer. Why change race instead of crating new one? Well, she has half-lvled mount and changing race still was a lot cheaper than buying mount training scrolls for the new character.

Most valid reason EVER! Horse training is the worst grind in the game - overall cheap, but 6 months to fully level a horse? Total crap!
