UI Buff Display Changes & First Person View

I was wondering if the new UI changes to displaying buffs have given us the option to remove the very bright, large, sparkles that appear with buffs in first person view?

That and the godawful glow on your feet after roll dodges would be nice to get rid off.

When that was added my character turned into a fireworks display every time I dodged:
