Orzorga's red frothgar requires clear water to craft, which is unobtainable by high level characters leveled in alchemy.
This was always a little annoying to me; I should not have to create a lower level character, respec or find someone else with a low level character in order to create a consumable that I have a good reason to want to use at max level. And I think it'll get a lot more annoying when the CP changes essentially require people to be using this, and clear water starts to be in demand.
