Stam morphs bugged?

I noticed that Surprise Attack costs 2020 stamina now while wearing 6 medium. IIRC Surprise Attack in a non-CP campaign only costed around 1700. Is there a bug in the PTS where the 15% reduced cost isn't in effect?

Couldn't tell you if there is a math error.

Everywhere you can get a reduction took a hit.

They also said something about stamina abilities now costing 15 % less then magica abilities down from 20% so that's another 5 on top of what your loosing in medium armor passives.

Gets you to 11% , which is not far from where you at.

Not a bug they changed medium and light armor cost reduction passives.

Anyplace anyway you can get cost reduction was reduced or eliminated.

The math doesn't add up. Losing 6% (1% per piece) does not equate to a 3k cost increase when it was originally around 17k. I'm used to playing in Azura's Star so I'm not referring to the cost increase due to the removal of the cost reduction CP passive. These abilities cost way more than they should.

Well they also did increase the cost of some skills.
