Single respec of individual morphs and show us what morphs we've leveled, please.

If you have been around, you have seen me post this in the past.
Can we get a single respec for morphs already? I don't feel like running through a dozen+ morphs anytime I want to change just one. Can it be done much as the Champion system is (where you can make changes to everything for a flat fee)?
Now regarding morphs themselves, can they display the rank they actually were leveled to instead of every morph reading Morph rank 1? Currently when you respec morphs and go down the list you have nothing displaying which morphs were leveled versus which ones you didn't. There are many very situational abilities that get used very rarely, and it's hard to remember which ones you leveled at times.
