I am all for toning down some of the CP passives, but some of these changes seem inconsistent.
First, how do hardy and elemental defender get tuned down and bastion stays the same? Mag sorcs already get more out of bastion the way it is because they always need to have their shields up, affecting all types of incoming damage. This isn't a QQ thread about sorcs, they should just get hit with the same nerf bat that everyone else is.
Second, am I missing something with the master-at-arms and ironclad passives? They increase and reduce damage done by direct damage attacks. Isn't that any damage that isn't a DOT tick? If that is the case, how are they in the "moderately useful" category with 100-point values of 25%. Or am I misunderstanding something about what is considered to be "direct damage"?
