Players who use damage shields will already have to split their points between Hardy, ele def, resistance, ironclad, and bastion, and with the front loaded cp throwing 10 to 20 points into shattering blows is that much more rewarding now... By dropping shields down an additional 10% it would hit them way to hard on top of the sustain drop. I think pirate Skeleton needs to be addressed more so than 1%, but leave our defense mechanic alone...

Bastion should remain as it is, as long a shattering blows exists. Otherwise it's not balanced at all, shield are already kind of weak (sadly, shield stack is still possible)
Though I think they should reduce the magicka harness magicka returns.

That would be better .. I don't think the skill should be free at 40k mag.
This CP needs to straight up be removed from the game. Shields are already way too strong due to the fact that you can't crit them and can't debuff them in anyway.
