No Telvanni House or Great house motifs??

I realize to most of you this is irrelevant, but I am very surprised that there isn't a Telvanni tower player house being released, that seems like a no-brainer. If there's only three houses being released at launch, does it not make sense, to maximise nostalgia, to release a redoran, hlaalu and Telvanni house?
Also, with how visually distinctive and interesting the different house armors were in TES III, I am surprised that the new motifs don't also include house styles. Or failing that, chitin, bonemold and vvardenfell glass.
I realize some things will be released as time goes on, but with how much they seem to be banking on the nostalgia element, I find myself shocked that they aren't doing more to hearken back to elements unique to TES III
