I'll keep chugging along on my stamblade, with my magsorc in my back pocket for Trials leaderboard runs.

This patch looks stupid, pretty much all around, because I don't PvP. Same story as last patch. All of the feedback I see is mostly PvPers saying they like, at the very least, some of the updates and PvEers are left scratching their heads.

I like that caltrops stack, and I like the new Trial target skeletons, and I like that there's a new Trial (that likely won't work on my platform) ...

Other than that, it all sucks. Just about every class/ability change looks dumb. I just see a continuing trend of easy-mode sorcs and, aside from stacking caltrops, changes tuned to PvP with absolutely no care given to end-game PvE players. Seems to me that Battlegrounds is the marquee gameplay feature of this update and the changes are mostly geared toward balancing that experience.

I just hope there's more to come. I was *really* hoping for some buffs to stam DPS and some sensible CP changes (like, moving the regen passives to their respective medium/light armor CP trees rather than removing them entirely, which helps fix the PvP heavy meta without totally pulling the rug out from under Trials groups). Would've been nice for Nightblades and Templars to get a bit of love, too. Top PvE groups are running basically 4 x magsorc, 3 x magdk, 1 x magplar right now. Next patch I bet we see the top Trials groups running 6 x magsorc, 1 x magdk, 1 x magplar. Maybe an extra magdk if the CC is needed (like the Twins).

Maybe the new sets bring something interesting to the table? Maybe there are more changes incoming? I can only hope.

Yeah sorc is gonna be so OP, without regen or cost reduction they can't spam shields or streak or anything else. You don't see many nerfs, because there is not much left to nerf. Play one before you say it is OP.

The only class that will be playable will be Warden, by design, of course.

Gunna have to roll a stamsorc, idk if my stam templar main can vma anymore. Dmg mitigation came from vigor/major mending thst got trashed, volly got trashed and that's critical. Can't rely on recov gear since have to go enetration armour becuz crit nerfs/no major breach from passive.

Zos team needs to get fired and sued for damages by whatever parent company they have. Then locked in some desolate australian prison where thy have to spend the next 10 years pkaying eso.
