Am I the only one satisfied with the resource changes and nerfs?

Looking at the patch notes it seems that there will be a drop of the overpeforming "tree hugger" builds and so isnt that good news?
with the dk changes: the battle spirit nerf isnt that bad at all.I hardly ever have problems with resource management after switching to light armor.I dont need to rely on ultimates for magicka and Im buffed further next patch with the argonian buffs to their passives.
Nb changes:all I can say is R.I.P my saptank☹.
Ive never understood how people achieved unlimited resource management, but it was clearly there in my own personal pvp experience.
So any thoughts on the other nerfs/buffs?

You use to hardly ever have resource problems. They have rarely ever showed restraint in slightly nerfing things that were over performing. You would think that with so many stages to pts they would be able to get things fairly close to balance. Wishful thinking I guess.

I really don't agree with their whole concept of raising floors and lowering ceilings. If you put the time into the game you should be better than someone who hasn't.

I'm sad that they want to refactor the siphoning attacks to be less mag/stam and more health focused, but at the same time they fixed cloak so i'm fine with the changes overall.

Getting better at the game is not (and should not) be correlated to time investment though. Sure, there are the equipment and level requirements that help. But the most important things I think should always be your own 'organic' input (e.g. player skill). Good games do this. And this is not only achieved through time-investment, but by taking the time to learn about the world and the game mechanics etc etc.

Raising the floor and lowering the ceiling does not mean having the two meet each other. It means reducing the gaping hole that is currently between the two.
If you can be anything, be kind.

If I were a pvp player, I could see the purpose to the changes. As a pve player, I feel like I'm being trolled right now by ZOS and I'll wake up tomorrow and they'll say it was a late April Fool's joke.

The majority of players absolutely dislike the changes. I am one of them. I think it's unfair to the end-game and older players who have been here for 2 years, then they're smacked with nerfed just so new players can be as 'good'. Many people want reaching CP Cap rewarding, not something that feels like 'eh' because you'll be pretty much capped out at CP 300 with the new diminishing returns.

Adding heavy attacks into my rotation doesn't make me any more skilled, but it does make the fight drag on longer.

Game got boring because it was too easy. Now it will actually be a bit more challenging before people figure out builds that still make a *** of dmg/heal forever for a million hp yet still never run ouf resources >.>

I like the changes. Anything that reduces the spammy nature of combat I am for. This already seems to be happening with the extension of CC/root reduction and more reliance on resource management.

I am happy it might make it more skill based we have yet to see that because all people will do is use more regen gear, and only dps will really suffer, buuut it seems stamina got the shaft again, we need testing done to see for sure.

I really don't mind it too much if they balance the classes with it.

If they go through with the changes with how they are now, DKs (both mag and stam) are unplayable. While Sorcerers are still strong as ever. There is just a huge divide between classes right now.

If you like the idea of Heavy Attacks Online, then you'll be thrilled that all content will be DOTS +HA. PvP balance at the cost of PvE. Well at least the 1% who come here and complain that the game is too easy will have to suffer through tediously long trial runs waiting on those heavies to charge.
