Although I almost always participate on the PTS and I was part of the last couple of closed beta weekends before the game released, I know there are people who test things way more thoroughly and that have been doing so for far longer than me and these guys will be way more useful than me and are the ones that should be invited.Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.
