Can we just get a unique sharpened sword drop for every set?

You'd need unique staves too. Better that they institute a token system to deal with grind or balance traits better so they actually do about the same dps with some additional effect thrown in, none of which would be must-have.

You would need unique every weapon... someday they will balance weapon and armor traits a bit more.

Don't hold your breath, after all this is what we got the last time they "balanced" weapon and armor traits. Don't see them changing it any time soon unfortunately.
