Crafting Health Potions

Question's ....

Why are there potion's names the same thing (Essence of Health for example) that do different things??

I see some that increase health and some that increase health, magica and stamina.


2nd..

Are the above things learned? As in.. I need to find/purchase a recipe? Or I just can make them when my alchemy level is high enough.

Potions have the name of their first effect and will stack unless multiple versions exist with different added effects.

You learn reagent combos to find effects and the water determines the level there are no recipes.

You don't need recipes for Alchemy, just combine the correct things to make the correct bonuses you want. Each reagent has 4 traits.

Any Potion with the primary effect being Health will be called Essence of Health, even if its secondary effects are different. Same goes with other potions and their primary effect vs secondary effects.
