Do XP buffs work in Cyrodiil?

Ok, so I know you can't TAKE an XP buff while you're in Cyrodiil. But...... if you have taken a buff BEFORE you enter a campaign, do you still get the additional XP while accruing experience in Cyrodiil??

The bonus will apply to quests and activities that reward Experience Points, but not to Alliance Points. They are two different leveling systems.
